Privacy Policy — Glidr Delivery Partner

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Glidr ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information about delivery partners who register and accept food-delivery orders through the Glidr Delivery Partner app.

2. Information We Collect

• Personal & KYC details: name, gender, date of birth, profile photo, Aadhaar number and Aadhaar verification result.
• Driving & vehicle documents: driving licence (front/back) and vehicle registration number.
• Bank & payout details: bank account or UPI ID used to receive earnings.
• Location data: your real-time location while online and during an active delivery, used to match you with nearby orders and for pickup/drop navigation.
• Order & earnings data: accepted/completed/cancelled deliveries, tips, ratings, incentives and payout history.
• Delivery proof: photos captured at pickup and drop, used to confirm order handover.
• Device & usage data: device identifiers, app version, crash logs and a notification token used to alert you to new orders.

3. Location Data

We collect your location while you are online in the app so we can match you with nearby food-delivery orders, and continuously during an active delivery so the customer can track the order and we can confirm the pickup/drop route. Location is not collected while you are offline. You can go offline at any time to stop location sharing.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To verify your identity, driving licence and vehicle before approving your account.
• To match you with nearby food-delivery orders.
• To calculate and transfer earnings, tips and incentives to your registered bank account or UPI ID.
• To generate performance dashboards (ratings, earnings, incentives, login streaks) within the app.
• To provide partner support and investigate disputes, complaints or fraud.

5. How We Share Your Information

We share your name, vehicle details and live location with the customer once a delivery is assigned, and share order details with the restaurant you are collecting from. We share payout details with our payment processor to complete transfers. We do not sell your personal information, and we only disclose it to law enforcement or regulators when legally required to do so.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections, access controls and secure storage — to protect your KYC documents, location and financial information, including encryption of sensitive fields such as Aadhaar, bank and UPI details.

7. Data Retention

We retain your KYC, order and earnings data for as long as your delivery-partner account is active, and for a limited period afterward where required for accounting, tax, safety or legal compliance.

8. Your Rights

You can access and update most of your profile information directly in the app. You can request full account deletion in-app under Profile → Delete Account, or by contacting us using the details below.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
