Delete Your Account

Permanently remove your Glidr account and associated data.

How to request deletion

• In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account and confirm with the OTP sent to your registered number.
• Or email info@glidrservices.com from your registered email with the subject "Delete my account".

What gets removed

• Your profile, saved addresses and contact details.
• Ride, order and courier history linked to your account.
• Wallet balance is forfeited; active subscriptions are cancelled without refund.

What we retain

Certain transaction and invoice records are retained where required for tax, accounting and legal compliance, in de-identified form where possible. Requests are actioned within 30 days.
