1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Glidr ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information about courier partners who register and accept parcel/document delivery jobs through the Glidr Courier app.

2. Information We Collect

• Personal & KYC details: name, gender, date of birth, profile photo, Aadhaar number and Aadhaar verification result.
• Driving & vehicle documents: driving licence (front/back) and vehicle registration details, including support for multiple registered vehicles.
• Bank & payout details: bank account or UPI ID used to receive earnings.
• Location data: your real-time location while online and during an active job, used to match you with nearby pickup requests and for pickup/drop navigation.
• Job & earnings data: accepted/completed/cancelled jobs, parcel details, ratings and payout history.
• Delivery proof: OTP confirmation and/or photos captured at pickup and drop, used to confirm parcel handover.
• Device & usage data: device identifiers, app version, crash logs and a notification token used to alert you to new jobs.

3. Location Data

We collect your location while you are online in the app so we can match you with nearby courier jobs, and continuously during an active job so the sender/recipient can track the parcel and we can confirm the pickup/drop route. Location is not collected while you are offline. You can go offline at any time to stop location sharing.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To verify your identity, driving licence and vehicle(s) before approving your account.
• To match you with nearby courier and parcel-delivery jobs.
• To calculate and transfer earnings to your registered bank account or UPI ID.
• To generate performance dashboards (ratings, earnings, incentives) within the app.
• To provide partner support and investigate disputes, complaints or fraud.

5. How We Share Your Information

We share your name, vehicle details and live location with the sender/recipient once a job is assigned. We share payout details with our payment processor to complete transfers. We do not sell your personal information, and we only disclose it to law enforcement or regulators when legally required to do so.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections, access controls and secure storage — to protect your KYC documents, location and financial information, including encryption of sensitive fields such as Aadhaar, bank and UPI details.

7. Data Retention

We retain your KYC, job and earnings data for as long as your courier-partner account is active, and for a limited period afterward where required for accounting, tax, safety or legal compliance.

8. Your Rights

You can access and update most of your profile and vehicle information directly in the app. To request a copy of your data or account closure, contact us using the details below.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
